Win & Win Scapower Stretching Band

The Scapower stretching band is much more than a resistance band - it is a training and exercise device from Win and Win, suitable for beginners and advanced archers and for all ages. The Scapower was conceived and developed by Kyung-Rae Park, President of Win & Win Archery Co. and former South Korean Olympic Coach.

It is excellent for teaching the right shoulder alignment and for consistent technique and at the same time, exercising the muscles used in archery.

The Scapower stretch band increases the archer's draw weight, builds up upper body muscles and develops firmness in the shoulder, improves posture and technique and by regular and consistent use, greater accuracy and stability in shooting.

Daily practice for 10 minutes with the Scapower and a break of 2 or 3 minutes, improves your strength to smoothly draw back your bow, better shot placement and balance of the bow shoulder.

Learn to stabilise the bow arm and shoulder and build up stamina for holding back your bow weight. By using the Scapower correctly, you will feel the mass weight of the bow and accessories without holding the bow.

You can lengthen or shorten the resistance band to the weight you desire. It will increase your upper body strength and is a very good aid for learning correct posture.

Strengthens key muscle groups associated with archery. Simple to use, just stand on the Scapower band as in the above image and extend the shooting arm to simulate your bow position. Draw back on the latex exercise band to experience the bow weight and at the same time ensuring the correct posture.
