The TopHat Thread Cutting Tool is for starting a thread on a shaft to make it easier to install screw on points.
The thread on the tool has strong cutting teeth to render a precise thread.
Ideal for heavy wood shafts that require a strong thread to cut through the wood.
Machined from stainless steel to the highest standards.
The cutting tools are differentiated by grooves on the spline of the tools, 1 groove signifies 5-16", 2 grooves 11-32" and 3 grooves 23-64"
Thread Cutting Tool comes in 3 sizes of 5-16", 11-32" and 23-64". Please specify size.
