Five stars. Went in with a bow not purchased from the store, and had new accessories put onto it. Ian is the person to see and was extremely helpful making sure the gear I was looking at getting was actually what I needed. He was able to answer all my questions and made sure my bow alignment was spot on. Especially being in a male dominated sport/hobby I did not feel intimidated or oversold on products.
