Through their experience from hours upon hours in treestands and countless stalks through tight, rugged terrain, they’ve developed and crafted the all-new, 2014 Spyder to adapt to its surroundings and counter the advantages of its prey like no other bow.

With their legendary sense of hearing, animals like whitetail deer have superior reaction time. So, the Hoyt engineering team made Spyder even more deadly silent with their revolutionary, patent pending AirShox technology.

To be successful against an animal like a whitetail requires you to strike from very tight spaces. So, the team engineered and designed the Spyder to be exceptionally compact and lightweight for stealthy manoeuvrability, yet sacrificed nothing in terms of total accuracy and feel.

Like the whitetail, the Spyder is smokin’ fast, equipped with RKT cam & half to level the playing field.

The 2014 Spyder 30 shoots at 330fps ATA rating which is extremely fast for such a small package. Even though the Spyder 30 is so quick, nothing in the draw cycle or shootability has been sacrificed. The Spyder 30 utilises Hoyt’s tried and true revolutionary RKT cam system which has proven to be one of the most accurate, smooth, quick and easy to draw cam systems ever introduced.

Another feature of the Spyder 30 that is new for 2014 is Hoyt’s patent pending Air Shox technology. This system enables the limbs to be dampened after the shot, without actually attaching anything directly to the limbs. At full draw, the limbs flex away from the Air Shox, yet after the shot, the limbs come to rest silently on the Air Shox increasing accuracy and eliminating noise and vibration.

The Hoyt Spyder is packed with features all aimed at increasing accuracy and killing noise and vibration.

The silent shelf technology ensures no arrow noise if the arrow is to fall off of the rest while drawing back on that buck of a lifetime. Once the Fuse string made of premium BCY material is released on the Spyder 30, the Stealth Shot eliminates any string noise or remaining vibration.
