Hoyt Archery - October 24, 2017
Hoyt Archery released their 2018 bows today. First cab off the rank was the REDWRX
The all new REDWRX Carbon 1 bow is the ultimate shooting machine. The Zero Torque Hyper Cam delivers the most tuneable and forgiving bows without sacrificing speed. The Hyper ZT Cam is available in either 85% or 80% let off. With Hoyt’s zero torque cable system & the all-new ¾” quad flex limb is perfectly matched with Hoyt’s Biax pocket system. The RX-1 bow series utilises a lower grip location keeping the centre of mass at the grip for perfect balance. Previously bows with this geometry have been top heavy in feel, this was simply not acceptable for the meticulous team of engineers at Hoyt. When designing the RX-1 Hoyt combatted this issue by incorporating an asymmetrical wider stance limb pocket design spanning 3.1” at the bottom compared to 2.6” at the top.
Hoyt have located the new exact grip in a this riser position for optimised tuning and arrow delivery giving you one of Hoyt’s most tuneable bows to date. The zero torque cable system a significant increase in torsional stability and it’s unique design allows the installation of a drop away arrow rest without the need for a bow press.
The all new shock pod vibration dampening system eliminates all residual vibration to ensure a dead in the hand feel and ultra-quiet shot and of course is fully customisable in wide colour range.
